What You Get
For €1,250 per month (excluding VAT), your agency receives 20 full Personal Drives Assessments (PDA Classic) every month. This high-volume plan supports real organizational change, letting your consultants deliver value at scale.
Individual Certification for Every Consultant
Every seat in your Agency Subscription includes our comprehensive certification training (€1,000 per seat, one-time). Each consultant learns the 7-color PDA methodology, validation interview techniques, and direct application in business contexts. Certification is personal: when a certified consultant leaves your agency, their certification stays with them. Your agency subscription, however, remains with your organization.
Former employees can start a Silver or Gold subscription independently—without new certification fees or training.
Simple, Flexible Refund Policy and Terms
The Agency Subscription is flexible—cancel at the end of any month. No refunds are provided for cancelled or unused months.
Every included PDA Classic assessment is valid for 12 months from issue, oldest used first. Need more assessments? Purchase extras in the Capteer store for only €50 each (excl. VAT).
